The finished con rods. I wont bore you with the photos of milling the wishbone slots.
The crossheads have been dimensioned, and the big end bearings machined, and glued with Loctite in prpeatyaration (sorry, too many reds after dinner), preparation for accurate boring.

Not boring us John, but I wish I could get as excited as you by crankshafts. Keep up the amazing work you do. It’s great to have such difficult challenges, and my admiration keeps growing at your capacities in solving manufacturing problems. In another life you perhaps should have given birth to new cars, aeroplanes, etc.

Yes, I wonder in retrospect if I should followed my father’s advice to become an engineer instead of a plumber.
